What is a logistics dashboard?
A panel that gathers the operation's KPIs (lead time, OTIF, cost per ton-kilometer, load factor, empty returns, detention, warehouses and suppliers) in one view, so you decide with data instead of an end-of-month spreadsheet.
Do I need to replace my TMS or ERP?
No. We work with what your TMS, ERP, WMS and spreadsheets can export (CSV, Excel or database). We confirm the sources in the diagnosis.
Is it for small carriers or only large operators?
Both. With a few vehicles the focus is usually lead time, cost per trip and empty returns. With many routes and DCs, warehouses, suppliers, targets and seasonality come in.
Why use P85 instead of average lead time?
Because the average hides the tail: half the deliveries sit above the average lead time. P85 is the lead time 85% of deliveries meet, and it is what you can safely promise.
Does the dashboard show real-time vehicle tracking?
This version is analytical: it shows what happened and where to act. Real-time tracking depends on the telemetry you already use and can be integrated later, case by case.
Is driver and customer data safe?
We work with the minimum necessary, per-user access profiles and aggregates instead of individual data. Named drivers and plates stay out. The data remains yours.
Do I already need Power BI?
No. We assess with you the publishing format and licensing that suit the size of your operation.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
It depends on scope and source quality. In the diagnosis we set deadlines, deliverables and prices in writing before starting.
